Dr Urvi Bhawsar

Principal Dentist - GDC registration number: 82980

Urvi was awarded a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S) qualification in 2000 from the University of Mumbai, and passed her International Qualifying Exams (IQE) in 2004 from Guy’s Hospital, London. 

She worked as a General Dental Practitioner in Chelmsford, Essex and also in Shanghai and Bahrain with special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry. 

Urvi joined Doncaster Road Dental Practice in 2014 and became Principal Dentist in 2021. She has gained tremendous knowledge and expertise in dentistry and enjoys the challenges. She prides herself on driving for excellent results. Having worked in various countries has further strengthened her cultural knowledge, and enables her to practice with diverse cultures in a successful manner to achieve desired results.

Urvi lives in Leicester with her husband and has two children. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and reading. She is fluent in English, Gujarati, Hindi and Mandarin. She enjoys travelling, cooking and practicing classical Indian dancing. 

Dr Neelam Solanki

Associate Dentist - GDC registration number: 272841

Neelam completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Debrecen
University, Hungary. Her training in central Europe provided a strong clinical foundation and a broad cultural outlook, both of which continue to influence her calm, patient-focused approach to care.

With over eight years of experience since graduating, she has worked as a General
Dental Practitioner as well as within NHS hospital settings, and she now practises in her home city of Leicester. Neelam has a special interest in paediatric dentistry and oral surgery, and is committed to providing gentle, empathetic care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Having lived and travelled extensively, she is multilingual and values the ability to
connect with patients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they feel understood and at ease throughout their treatment. Beyond dentistry, she enjoys travelling, health and yoga, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Dr Sushma Gandla

Associate Dentist - GDC Registration Number: 186874

Sushma was awarded BDS qualification from Rajiv Gandhi University. She has passed her overseas registration exam (ORE) from Eastman Dental Institute in London. She worked in maxillofacial department as a senior house officer then moved to general dentistry. Sushma enhances her patients experience with her caring and enthusiastic approach to dentistry.

Outside of work she is a mother of two. She enjoys cooking and performing Indian classical dance.

Dr Milin Damani

Dentist With Specialist Interest In Dental Implants
GDC registration number: 244890

Milin is known for his thoughtful and uncompromising approach to patients requiring dental treatment. His detailed use of digital technology for diagnostic and treatment planning help reach functional and aesthetically pleasing results. Long-standing patients know Milin to be caring and very approachable general dentist. His multidisciplinary team often involves the hygienist or general dentist to stabilise your oral health prior to embarking on dental implant therapy. Milin qualified in 2013 at Peninsula College of Medicine & Dentistry, winning the first Rayna DiModica Contribution to Society award. Between 2013-2017 Milin progressed in his career by working in general dentistry equipping his experience and knowledge of post graduate qualifications in adult orthodontics and restorative dentistry. At the end of 2014 he completed his diploma to join the Royal College of Surgeons. Since he has worked in private practices across Leicester and Rutland. 

In 2023 Milin has purchased a dental practice in Stamford. He has since been in practice dedicated to quality dental care, having special interest in dental implant therapy. Milin completed his Master of Science degree in Dental Implantology from Edgehill University and his thesis was to improve a more sustainable approach to dental implantology. Milin continues to undergo extensive postgraduate education in varies disciplines of dentistry and dental technology with world leaders to improve his patient care.

In his spare time, Milin focuses on spending time with his dog ‘Nandi’. He has a strong
passion on living a healthy lifestyle and travelling. Milin is a regular meditator and is often interested in volunteering activities.

Dr Aris Stamatelatos

Dentist With Specialist Interest In Endodontics
GDC registration number: 281163

Originally from Greece, Aris is an experienced dentist with a 2-year Postgraduate
Diploma in Prosthodontics from the prestigious Tipton Training Dental Academy, London, UK. Combining a strong foundation in restorative dentistry with ongoing training—currently completing a 3-year Master’s Degree in Endodontics from the University of Birmingham, UK

Aris delivers precise, evidence-based treatments tailored to each patient’s needs. Using magnification tools, including dental loupes and a surgical microscope, Aris ensures enhanced accuracy and predictable outcomes for complex restorative and root canal procedures. Patients can expect professional, carefully planned care focused on long-term oral health. All new patients are welcomed.

Dr Veenu Singla

With over 15 years of clinical experience across hospital and primary care settings,
Dr Veenu Singla is a highly trusted General Dental Practitioner specialising in
Orthodontics, Endodontics, Oral Surgery and Aesthetic Dentistry.

Holding a Master’s degree from the University of Manchester, he combines deep expertise in
orthodontic, restorative, and surgical care with a patient-focused, ethical approach to deliver safe and predictable outcomes for both adults and children.

Renowned for his calm demeanour and meticulous attention to detail, Dr Singla prioritises patient comfort and gold-standard care within a modern, well-governed clinical environment.
